About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Expertise in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation.
Process payroll, provisions, vacation pay, 13th-month salary (13th salary), terminations, hires and employee movements.
Submit, verify and monitor eSocial events, FGTS Digital and other statutory ancillary obligations.
Configure, support and improve payroll systems.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes, reducing manual tasks.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
Create queries, validations and data reconciliations to ensure data quality.
Map processes, document workflows and propose continuous improvements.
Act as an interface between Payroll/Personnel (DP), IT, system vendors and other company departments.
Support implementation, upgrade and integration projects for HR/Payroll systems.
Perform testing of new functionalities, homologation (user acceptance testing) and system validations.
Prepare support materials and guide users on area processes and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields.
Experience in Personnel/Payroll routines.
Experience with payroll systems; knowledge of LG Sistemas is desirable.
Advanced Excel skills.
Comfortable with data analysis and technology.
