• Join the AI-first team that is transforming precision medicine into everyday clinical practice.
• Play a major role in designing, validating, and continuously improving clinical-grade pipelines across pharmacogenomics (PGx), polygenic risk scoring (PRS), and other WGS applications.
• Produce production-grade tools capable of deriving clinical utility from raw genomic data.
• Work hand-in-hand with software engineers, medical subject matter experts, and regulatory leaders to deliver clinical grade interpretations directly in the hands of physicians.
• Architect and optimize clinical genomics pipelines in your area of expertise: PGx track and PRS track.
• Curate and maintain annotation stacks integrating domain-specific databases and proprietary AI-derived knowledge graphs.
• Implement validation, reproducibility, and audit trails; pipeline change-control logs; briefing decks.
• Partner with software and AI engineers to integrate genomic features into AI models. Participate in cross-team design reviews and internal workshops on clinical curation and validation.

Senior Bioinformatics Scientist/Engineer

• You will deeply define the problem space and the business value of what we are building.
• You will deeply understand the workflows and pain points of concierge and functional medicine doctors.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and clinical science to establish model evaluation standards and ensure our AI features are clinically meaningful.
• You’ll lead our EHR/EMR integration strategy (Elation, Cerbo, Athena) and external partnership strategy.
• You will establish our product development rhythms, build a culture of continuous discovery, articulate our vision to partners, and eventually build out the product organization as we scale.

Director of Product

• Design and implement automated evaluation pipelines that assess AI output quality, accuracy, and safety at scale
• Develop uncertainty quantification systems where confidence scores meaningfully correlate with accuracy
• Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks combining automated assessment with clinician-validated test cases
• Implement feedback loops that continuously improve model outputs based on validation signals
• Establish scalable quality gates that catch errors before they reach end users
• Contribute to model alignment and fine-tuning efforts
