About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the Global Product Strategy/Commercial lead to optimize strategic program decisions
- Lead and contribute to new product planning activities and early commercialization strategy
- Leverage know-how of the oncology healthcare market in China
- Provide strategic input on commercialization approaches
- Direct commercialization strategy and ensure comprehensive launch readiness for China
- Partner closely with our partnered companies and with cross functional groups in China and across Global teams
- Execute budget planning and ensure appropriate monitoring and tracking of resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated oncology commercialization success in China
- Proven ability to translate deep disease‑area expertise (NSCLC, breast, GI, or GU cancers) into strategic decisions
- At least 3 years of experience in new product planning, product strategy, or Global Brand Teams
- Experience in global or affiliate commercial/marketing roles, or as a consultant
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Recognized for exceptional analytical, strategic, and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration and alignment‑building capabilities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
