About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CCO, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination to optimize the CCO’s time and productivity
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials that support strategic decision-making
- Oversee key administrative functions such as document management, expense reporting, and correspondence handling
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals
- Actively anticipate and manage operational challenges to keep the CCO’s agenda running efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor; capable of building trust and fostering collaboration at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
