Lead and develop a high-performing regional logistics team while fostering collaboration and accountability

Monitor logistics performance metrics and control costs to meet budgets and service levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in biopharmaceutical logistics operations 10 plus years, including leadership roles in biologics supply chain or trade/customs
Expertise in controlled transportation, cold-chain management, international business practices, and inventory management
Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passionate about building organizations through processes, systems development, and people management
SAP experience; Lean Black Belt certification or APICS/CPM Certification
