Key responsibilities & impact

Drive commercial success by sourcing and converting new business opportunities within your territory.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Deliver tailored solutions across energy, telecoms, and insurance in collaboration with pricing and operations teams.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate growth through referrals and repeat business.
Represent Bionic with professionalism and insight, engaging small business owners through consultative conversations.
Contribute valuable feedback to shape wider strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback.
Experience in field sales, customer service, or similar roles (beneficial but not essential).
