About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive commercial success by sourcing and converting new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Deliver tailored solutions across energy, telecoms, and insurance in collaboration with pricing and operations teams.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and generate growth through referrals and repeat business.
  • Represent Bionic with professionalism and insight, engaging small business owners through consultative conversations.
  • Contribute valuable feedback to shape wider strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for engaging with people and helping small businesses to thrive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback.
  • Experience in field sales, customer service, or similar roles (beneficial but not essential).
