Customer Success Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on RFP responses, developing tailored campaign proposals that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Partner with Editorial, Ad Ops, Audience Growth, and Performance teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and exceed brand KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful wrap reports to client partners.
• Identify opportunities for upselling to drive business growth and retention.
