• Strategic development of the product and service portfolio with a focus on human biological materials and blood cell products
• Planning and implementation of measures to market the life science portfolio
• Design and creation of product- and target-group-specific content to promote products and services
• Support of the sales team with technical customer inquiries and product presentations
• Maintenance, updating and optimization of product master data
• Analysis and preparation of customer requirements for the development and specification of innovative product and service concepts
• Monitoring and evaluation of product success using sales figures, customer feedback and market demand analyses
• Systematic review of market, competitor and customer requirements to optimize strategic alignment in the life sciences segment
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Management) to ensure product compliance and marketability
