About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing and developing a defined sales territory
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships in field sales
- Implementation of regional sales and selling strategies
- Conducting customer visits, presentations, training sessions and sales activities
- Identifying market and growth potentials and deriving concrete actions
- Analyzing customer, market and revenue data to support sustainable business development
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service)
- Structured documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Representing the company to customers, partners and at regional events
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in an industrial or brand-oriented environment
- Strong customer and service orientation with excellent relationship management skills
- Proven track record in developing existing customers and sales territories
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and sales processes
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel frequently within the sales territory
- Professional demeanor and an affinity for premium brands and products
