About the role
- Independently manage and develop a defined sales territory
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure sustainable revenue growth
- Implement regional sales strategies and sales initiatives
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, training sessions and sales activities
- Analyze market, customer and sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimal customer support
- Maintain structured documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Represent the company to customers, partners and at regional events
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in developing existing accounts and sales territories
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Proficient with CRM systems and common sales processes
- High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within the sales territory
