About the role
- Responsible for cost center analyses as well as variance analyses (planned vs. actual) and deriving optimization measures
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and profitability calculations to actively manage the company
- Analysis of key performance indicators and formulation of recommendations for management
- Conducting special business analyses and ad-hoc analyses
- Support for investment and project calculations as well as business cases
- Preparation of regular reports and decision-making documents (monthly, quarterly and annual reports)
- Ensuring intercompany reconciliations and data consistency
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Confident user of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and pronounced business acumen
