About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and franchise priorities
- Drive demand generation across target HCP segments
- Prioritize accounts using data-driven insights to optimize impact
- Deliver against sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and accounts
- Engage customers across the patient journey
- Drive initiatives to improve diagnosis and patient finding in Fabry and Pompe diseases
- Analyze territory performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks
- Operate in full compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or rare disease sales experience
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving results in complex markets
- Strong account management and territory planning capabilities
- Experience engaging with specialty HCPs and navigating complex treatment pathways
