About the role

  • Architect and guide the SAP Basis team to deliver high-performing, resilient, and scalable SAP systems including S/4HANA, Ariba, and others.
  • Define technical standards for system provisioning, upgrades, configurations, and monitoring.
  • Design and oversee implementation of SAP security roles and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee SAP GRC processes and solutions to manage risks and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and execute on SAP Technical Development Standards.
  • Lead technical projects, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, security, and GRC.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical SAP teams.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, Cloud ALM, infrastructure, and integration.
  • Expertise in SAP GRC solutions and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) highly desirable.
