About the role

  • This internship focuses on building intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance data accessibility and decision-making for scientists and engineers.
  • You will work on projects that reduce manual data tasks, improve automation, and explore agentic AI approaches to streamline workflows and enable proactive insights.
  • Develop AI agents to automate data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation from lab instruments and integrate with analytical platforms.
  • Implement multi-agent workflows for predictive modeling and anomaly detection in manufacturing processes.
  • Build intelligent assistants for scientists using NLP and LLM-based tools to summarize deviations, extract insights, and recommend actions.
  • Enhance end-user experience by creating adaptive dashboards and self-service analytics powered by AI.

Requirements

  • Student pursuing a bachelor’s or masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program.
  • Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles.
  • Some positions will be open to remote interns, but employee must be within United States borders.
