Generate revenue through the BLS West Coast Lab Services.
Conduct targeted outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce Biolog Lab Services capabilities and qualify leads as they come in.
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the West Coast and collaborate directly with the VP of Lab Services Commercial to close opportunities, as needed.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Work with Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and new service launches.
Track all activities and opportunities in the CRM system (Sales Force) and report progress regularly.
Represent Biolog Lab Services at select industry conferences and regional events.
Partner with lab operations, customer service, accounting and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field.
2–5 years of experience in inside sales (contract services preferred) or business development within the life sciences, biotech, or analytical testing industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
Must reside on the West Coast preferably California and be authorized to work in the United States.
