About the role

  • Develop strategic messaging: craft and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that effectively communicates the benefits of farm-scale digesters
  • Tailor messages to resonate with different stakeholders, from policymakers to farmers
  • Lead lobbying efforts in core markets, engaging with relevant government bodies and industry associations
  • Build relationships to influence policies in favor of farm-scale digesters
  • Collaborate with country managers to provide guidance and support in markets without a dedicated senior manager
  • Ensure consistent messaging and strategy implementation

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, communication, marketing, or related fields
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling messages for various audiences
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Proactive, thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in French & English, Dutch, German, Italian or a Slavic language are a great plus.
