About the role

  • You are responsible within the team for the bookkeeping of individual Bioland companies and ensure that all financial processes are handled correctly and reliably.
  • Processing of ongoing business transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Management of electronic payment transactions and liquidity planning
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns
  • Preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements
  • Review and processing of travel expense reports
  • Maintenance of master data in the accounting software
  • Point of contact for all employees on accounting-related questions
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an Accountant, Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r) or comparable commercial qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in accounting
  • Meticulous, structured and analytical way of working
  • Open and positive communication style and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Confident use of MS Office and common accounting software
