About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support analytical work related to new product planning, launch readiness, and strategic business priorities
- Conduct market and competitor assessments to aid decision making
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and track progress against milestones and deliverables
- Support identification and monitoring of project risks, dependencies, and actions
- Contribute to strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives across the UK & Ireland affiliate
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources to inform strategic recommendations
- Maintain project plans, governance materials, and action trackers
- Support development of business cases, analyses, and strategic recommendations
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Translate complex information into clear and actionable insights
- Coordinate content for leadership meetings, track actions, and follow up on deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a related field
- Professional experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or another analytical and fast-paced environment required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
- Ability to structure complex problems and identify practical solutions with limited direction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and improving outcomes for patients
- Preferred: experience in strategic planning, business transformation, product launch, market analysis, or commercial excellence initiatives
- Preferred: experience preparing presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences
- Preferred: exposure to cross-functional project environments requiring stakeholder management
