About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee medical projects, including external medical-scientific engagements, advisory board meetings, and KME engagements at congresses
Manage medical sponsorships and ensure smooth execution of external engagements according to plan, timeline, and budget
Drive sustainable operational efficiencies
Guide colleagues in resolving operational problems and provide new perspectives on existing solutions and tools
Coordinate and manage external agencies and vendors to ensure compliance and governance
Minimize operational burdens on the local medical team by partnering operationally with MLMs and Medical Leads
Serve as the medical point of contact for digital projects
Ensure congress management is executed properly, including procedures and roll-out
Support the Material Owner with materials cycling through the review and approval workflow
Collaborate with Local Medical Teams to implement the national medical plan across therapeutic areas
Cooperate with Medical Team members and Compliance, Legal, and Finance functions to support high-value medical activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
1–3 years of experience focused on functional operations, process optimization/execution, and systems implementation
Experience managing and leading initiatives
Experience driving quality and governance efforts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently at all organizational levels
Strong team player able to work in a matrixed organization
Ability to complete multiple tasks by setting priorities and exercising good judgment
Capability to navigate a changing environment
Preferred: experience in project/program management
Preferred: familiarity with compliance and global policies
Must hold a work permit and residency in Poland
