About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead HR professional services delivery across the UK and Ireland

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/organizational psychology, business, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in an HR Advisor, Associate, Manager, or consulting role supporting multiple locations and/or functions
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and current employment-law awareness
  • Experience supporting grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries
  • Ability to document processes clearly and create practical guidance
  • Experience applying process improvement and governance principles
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and advising leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical capability for translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across projects
