About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform independent contract reviews, including all terms and conditions, and identify deviations from standard language.
Support and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract management policies and procedures.
Maintain oversight of the request lifecycle, execute action points, and provide timely updates on contract status.
Advise stakeholders on the company contracting process, explaining contract terms and making recommendations.
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, the Legal Department, and Subject Matter Experts on escalations.
Develop internal knowledge resources, corporate tools, playbooks, processes, and guidelines.
Provide training sessions for internal stakeholders on legal clauses, internal procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Law
2+ years of post-graduation experience as a lawyer with exposure to international contracts under multiple jurisdictions
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in procurement or contract management is preferred
