About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the integrated plan for one or more assets to maximize value creation and execution.
Establish and maintain clear asset goals, timelines, and risk management in partnership with project management functions.
Drive accountability of functional team members and delivery of functional-level plans that integrate with overarching asset strategies.
Represent the asset at portfolio governance forums and engage with senior stakeholders in the organization.
Engage proactively with stakeholders and governance to support asset execution and portfolio decision-making.
Create and maintain conditions for a strong team culture that facilitates effective planning and execution of the asset strategy.
Actively participate in the department community of practice to share learnings and promote synergies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS/MD/PhD/PharmD/MBA)
10+ years of drug development experience in pharma or biotech
Demonstrated track record of strategic leadership in cross-functional teams
Experience in creating and executing clinical development plans aligned with strategic goals
Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to develop a deep understanding of therapeutic areas
Understanding of competitive and business implications of scientific and medical data
