About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor operational performance and generate predictive insights across portfolio and program levels.
Lead Planisware systems integration and enablement support in partnership with IT and vendors.
Build and maintain resource management and forecasting algorithms to enhance forecast consistency and transparency.
Develop and guide operational analytics products and data visualizations for effective reporting.
Assess and streamline the current analytics landscape to ensure alignment with decision-making needs.
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support systems integration efforts and ensure technology and analytics alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant discipline (e.g., industrial engineering, operations research, data analytics) with 7+ years of experience in analytics, operations analytics, or business intelligence within biotech/pharma R&D; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience with Planisware (PPM) enablement and system integration support.
Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design.
Proficiency in SQL or modern data platforms; scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) is a plus.
Experience with resource management concepts and operational forecasting methods.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
