About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop clear HCP strategy, design creative campaigns, develop messaging and coordinate a customer experience that meets HCP practices/systems
- Lead a team of marketers charged to educate and activate key HCP audiences for the first indicated oral therapy for postpartum depression (PPD)
- Focus on leading a team for both branded and disease education initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally and across channels
- Sit on the franchise leadership team to lead design and implementation of the 3 year brand roadmap
- Drive solutions that crosscut audiences and deliver a commercialization plan that proactively grows product adoption
- Manage overall HCP media planning and content strategies including management of budgets >$15MM
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA Required; MBA Preferred
- Seasoned commercial professional, with 12+ years of commercial experience, with 8+ years of marketing or marketing adjacent experience in the pharma or biotech industry, including launch.
- Experience in complex/under-developed therapeutic areas; Women’s Health, Neuroscience, Psychiatry or Immunology experience a plus
- Experience in designing and driving omnichannel media campaigns including building media plans, analyzing data and insight to drive key choices and defining a crisp 3-year customer engagement strategy
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills, ability to perform in fast paced environments and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong project and vendor management track record, including resource allocation and fiscal management.
- Experience leading and developing direct and matrixed teams to drive high-impact output
- Ability to travel up to 25%
