About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop clear HCP strategy, design creative campaigns, develop messaging and coordinate a customer experience that meets HCP practices/systems
  • Lead a team of marketers charged to educate and activate key HCP audiences for the first indicated oral therapy for postpartum depression (PPD)
  • Focus on leading a team for both branded and disease education initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally and across channels
  • Sit on the franchise leadership team to lead design and implementation of the 3 year brand roadmap
  • Drive solutions that crosscut audiences and deliver a commercialization plan that proactively grows product adoption
  • Manage overall HCP media planning and content strategies including management of budgets >$15MM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA Required; MBA Preferred
  • Seasoned commercial professional, with 12+ years of commercial experience, with 8+ years of marketing or marketing adjacent experience in the pharma or biotech industry, including launch.
  • Experience in complex/under-developed therapeutic areas; Women’s Health, Neuroscience, Psychiatry or Immunology experience a plus
  • Experience in designing and driving omnichannel media campaigns including building media plans, analyzing data and insight to drive key choices and defining a crisp 3-year customer engagement strategy
  • Must exhibit strong leadership skills, ability to perform in fast paced environments and ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong project and vendor management track record, including resource allocation and fiscal management.
  • Experience leading and developing direct and matrixed teams to drive high-impact output
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
