About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Head of Culture & Inclusion to shape global culture and inclusion strategy.
- Drive innovative ideas and insights that advance organizational culture and belonging.
- Translate enterprise and HR priorities into actionable culture and inclusion initiatives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with the Culture & Inclusion team, other HR colleagues and Business Leaders to proactively address culture & inclusion issues and mitigate risks.
- Lead the design and execution of global culture and inclusion initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Develop clear roadmaps, timelines, and success measures to ensure high-quality execution.
- Balance global consistency with local relevance across regions.
- Establish operational cadences to support planning, governance, and delivery of culture and inclusion work.
- Create templates, toolkits, and frameworks that enable consistent execution at scale.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready materials, all-employee messaging, and briefing documents in partnership with HR communications.
- Plan and coordinate communications for culture and inclusion initiatives across diverse audiences.
- Build strong relationships with HR partners, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of culture and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in culture, inclusion, HR, organizational effectiveness, communications, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and execute with rigor.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across regions and time zones.
- Proven success influencing in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Excellent project management and communications planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
