About the role

  • Serve as the primary operational and strategic partner to the President of Biogen Brazil
  • Own the consolidation and monitoring of leadership priorities, management routines, and business KPIs for the Brazil affiliate
  • Ensure governance rituals are executed with rigor and that performance indicators are up to date
  • Coordinate and manage engagements with global and regional leadership
  • Provide end-to-end strategic management of the President’s agenda

Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting C-level or senior executive leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in English with the ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders
  • Strong experience with governance processes, executive reporting, and performance dashboards
