About the role
- Create responses to unsolicited Medical Information inquiries.
- Proactively create Standard Responses for use by the frontline contact center.
- Training the contact center and the broader Medical team on therapeutic area-specific Medical Information content and processes.
- Monitor trends in Med Info data and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness activities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g. PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP) with strong clinical and scientific understanding and training.
- 3+ years of Medical Information experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ideally in a Global or Worldwide capacity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in analyzing large amounts of data while being able to pull the clinically relevant points.
- Capability to prioritize among many competing deliverables under time constraints.
- Understanding of and adherence to regulatory policies governing scientific interactions with physicians and patients.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
