About the role

  • Manage all aspects of financials and resources for planning and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support effective business planning processes by designing analytics to support decision-making.
  • Prepare user-friendly Forecast/Reporting Templates to enhance content clarity and focus.
  • Lead financial assessments for new product launches and innovations.
  • Monitor ongoing business performance against plans and forecasts, providing insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate business analytics to provide comprehensive insights to the Business Area/Affiliate.
  • Act as a finance business partner to TA leads.
  • Maintain and further develop a standard financial reporting system.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and improve internal processes.
  • Lead and participate in cross-department projects.
  • Manage month-end closing processes and prepare necessary financial templates and analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Hyperion or comparable systems
