- Drive excellence in customer operations with a focus on Rare Disease
- Identify and select opportunities to advance customer engagement model
- Maintain and evolve a coherent business excellent framework
- Implement and lead strategic account planning
- Drive aligned approach towards optimizing patient journey
- Analyze and utilize customer engagement data
- Design and lead programs for rare disease capabilities
- Assess quality of customer engagement and implement enhancements
- Guide field team leaders in training programs
- Partner with international roles on data infrastructure and CRM utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in a business or life-science discipline
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of achieving superior results in a matrix organization
- Innovative, data-oriented mind-set
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent German and excellent English skills.
