About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and execute data operations between BioCryst system and downstream partners
Oversee risk management and data operations of key systems.
Act as an internal advisor to various internal functional teams.
Establish and maintain a data and risk documentation repository.
Support data operations for implementation of specific system platforms.
Coordinate and manage data flows between internal sources and external vendors.
Collaborate with Commercial departments to size field force territories.
Ensure compliance with US, Japanese Canadian data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of relevant commercial experience in biotech/pharma required, 6+ years preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of biopharma commercial data operations and sales data analytics infrastructure.
Analytical -- uses data to drive strategic decision-making.
Relevant experience with specialty pharma data preferred.
Relevant experience with rare disease states preferred.
