About the role

  • Onboard customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions
  • Lead implementations and technical projects to enable BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications
  • Work closely with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers at customer organizations
  • Provide operational and technical services as part of the Solutions division to customers worldwide
  • Overcome integration challenges with customers' web/mobile applications using frontend/fullstack expertise
  • Contribute to technical documentation, lead workshops, and provide training
  • Improve processes and practices within the Solutions Engineering team
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple concurrent implementations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context (APIs, SDKs, third-party integrations)
  • Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications
  • Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data & analytics platforms/tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
  • Experience working with customers, particularly financial institutions (banks, credit unions)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading technical projects and implementations from start to finish
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience creating technical documentation and conducting workshops/training sessions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Availability to travel internationally up to 5% (on-demand)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
  • Location: Brazil (preferably Brasilia) — remote
