About the role
- Onboard customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions
- Lead implementations and technical projects to enable BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications
- Work closely with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers at customer organizations
- Provide operational and technical services as part of the Solutions division to customers worldwide
- Overcome integration challenges with customers' web/mobile applications using frontend/fullstack expertise
- Contribute to technical documentation, lead workshops, and provide training
- Improve processes and practices within the Solutions Engineering team
- Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple concurrent implementations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context (APIs, SDKs, third-party integrations)
- Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
- Familiarity with SQL and data & analytics platforms/tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
- Experience working with customers, particularly financial institutions (banks, credit unions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proactive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience leading technical projects and implementations from start to finish
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience creating technical documentation and conducting workshops/training sessions
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Availability to travel internationally up to 5% (on-demand)
- Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
- Location: Brazil (preferably Brasilia) — remote
