About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
  • Skills: Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer service, technical documentation, hardware/software support, and communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of field service engineering experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform hands-on technical work.
