About the role
- Set up and explain CPAP devices like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Teach patients the “why” behind CPAP therapy and how to use it
- Keep patients on track with their therapy goals
- Be part of monthly team check-ins and training sessions
- Handle phone calls, coordinate care with doctors, and support caregivers
- Enter patient info, complete documentation, and use our POS system for sales/rentals
- Be a key player in helping people sleep better and live healthier
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CPAP/sleep tech is a plus , but we’ll train the right person!
- Great communication and people skills
- Customer service superpowers
- Comfort teaching others how to use medical equipment
