About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive to rural areas to install & service devices on farm locations
  • Disinfect tires and boots at sites
  • Climb feed bins between 10 and 40 ft tall and install sensors
  • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices where applicable
  • Adhere to biosecurity rules for farm locations
  • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Working at heights certification
  • Clean driving record with ability to drive 8 - 10 hrs per day
  • Reliable smartphone with basic knowledge of how to use it and take basic measurements
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills to work with customers
  • Positive attitude and service minded
  • Solid work ethic and a high standard for yourself and respect for others
  • Trustworthy, prompt and reliable
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Physically able to climb and lift more than 50lbs.
