About the role
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
- Assist with resume screening and initial outreach
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support employer branding and promote company culture
- Track recruitment data and assist with reporting
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Arabic
- Interest or experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is a strong advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or sourcing platforms is a plus
