About the role
- Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers within mid-to-large organizations across Mexico.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with monthly revenue goals and KPIs.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored digital solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals with a strong, value-based narrative.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, data, and creative teams to enhance outreach materials and conversion strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing for inbound leads and campaign alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide transparent reporting on sales performance.
- Represent the agency in professional environments, strengthening brand presence and partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales for digital services or marketing agencies. **(MANDATORY)**
- Proven track record closing monthly retainers of USD $2,500+ per client. **(REQUIRED)**
- Strong professional network within Mexico’s corporate ecosystem.
- Skilled in consultative and long-cycle sales processes.
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, AI-driven marketing, and digital strategy.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and results orientation.
- Strong integrity, adaptability, and follow-through in fast-paced environments.
- Commission: 10% of net revenue (up to 12 months per client)
