About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, debug, and implement enhancements for new and existing applications.
Build and maintain solutions using OpenText Exstream and OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.
Configure and deploy OpenText Exstream applications in Linux environments.
Develop and implement automated unit and integration tests.
Follow software engineering best practices and contribute to Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
Collaborate with QA teams and business users to validate solutions and resolve reported issues.
Perform code reviews and optimize code quality and application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Prepare, package, and deploy application code across environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation while ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of software development experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream and OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.
Experience configuring and deploying applications in Linux environments.
Strong scripting experience using Perl.
Solid understanding of XML.
Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong understanding of all phases of application development.
Experience conducting code reviews and optimizing application performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).
