About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and screen candidates for logistics and transportation-related positions.
- Recruit profiles such as dispatchers, logistics coordinators, customer care representatives, and similar operational roles.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Identify candidates aligned with the operational dynamics of the U.S. logistics industry.
- Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous recruiting experience within the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry in the U.S.
- Experience recruiting dispatchers, operations profiles, or logistics/customer support roles.
- Advanced / bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing/recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of U.S. logistics operations and trucking workflows is highly desirable.
