About the role
- Deliver individualised care that places our patients' needs at the center and is actively shaped by the team
- Provide basic and treatment nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilation and vital parameters, handle emergency management and patient observation
- Support patients with activities of daily living to enable them to live as independently as possible
- Communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues in a way that promotes cooperation
Requirements
- You enjoy caring for patients in all situations
- Empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you
- You enjoy working in a multiprofessional team
- You work independently and conscientiously
- You have completed a three-year training qualification as a Registered Nurse, Nursing Specialist, Geriatric Nurse or equivalent (m/f/d)
- A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care is desirable but not required
