About the role
- Provide individualized care that places the patient's needs at the center and is actively co-developed with her
- Provide basic and treatment nursing care for our ventilated patient
- Monitor ventilator settings and vital parameters, perform emergency management and clinical observation
- Support the patient's daily life and independence to enable a self-determined life
- Communicate with the patient, her relatives and colleagues to foster collaboration
Requirements
- Willingness and enthusiasm to care for our patient in all circumstances
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a multiprofessional team
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Completed three-year vocational training as a Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse or equivalent
- A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care is desirable but not mandatory
