About the role
- Communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues to promote cooperative teamwork
- Actively shape care processes and ensure care quality; regularly contribute to professional team discussions
- Take responsibility for staff scheduling and ensure fair duty rosters
- Provide basic and treatment-related nursing care (e.g., oxygen therapy, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, monitor supervision) and initiate emergency measures when necessary
- Carry out care planning and maintain nursing documentation as part of your daily routine
- Regularly participate in training and continuing education and further develop professionally
Requirements
- Completed three-year vocational training as one of the following: Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau), Nurse (Krankenpfleger), or Senior Nurse (Krankenschwester/Krankenpfleger) (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in out-of-hospital (non-clinical) intensive care
- Further training to become a nursing expert/consultant is desirable but not mandatory
- Leadership experience is an advantage; however, your commitment is more important to us
- Enjoy coaching, supporting and providing professional advice to colleagues
- High level of empathy, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
