Sales Development Representative, SDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and organize leads generated by marketing
- Research leads to understand their characteristics and needs
- Develop a personalized outreach script for the first contact with each lead
- Confirm whether the lead has the potential to become a customer
- Drive lead engagement through regular follow-ups
- Schedule meetings with sales representatives for qualified leads
- Conduct market research and use channels such as email, phone, social media, and events to identify new leads and potential customers
- Make initial contact with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in the company's products or services
- Assess leads' buying potential to create qualified sales opportunities
- Maintain regular contact with leads that are not yet qualified
- Track the progress of these leads and identify opportunities for future interactions and conversions to sales
- Provide relevant content and keep leads engaged until they are ready for a sales conversation
- Work closely with sales representatives, sharing relevant information about leads
- Provide ongoing feedback on the quality of qualified leads
- Participate in team meetings to align prospecting and qualification strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical mindset
- Experience working as an SDR and in B2B sales
- Experience with marketing activities focused on lead generation
- Ability to analyze, qualify, and make the first contact with leads
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
