About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically manage a portfolio of large enterprise and operator accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and service offerings
- Meet regularly with clients to address project needs
- Coordinate with post-sales teams to monitor implementation activities for sold services
- Produce progress reports for clients and supervisors
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing sales
- Experience managing large accounts
- Experience presenting to clients
- Knowledge of and experience using CRM systems
- Experience in cloud, data center, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Solution Selling, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Customer Success and post-sales processes
- Intermediate English proficiency
