About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically manage a portfolio of large enterprise and operator accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and service offerings
  • Meet regularly with clients to address project needs
  • Coordinate with post-sales teams to monitor implementation activities for sold services
  • Produce progress reports for clients and supervisors
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing sales
  • Experience managing large accounts
  • Experience presenting to clients
  • Knowledge of and experience using CRM systems
  • Experience in cloud, data center, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Solution Selling, MEDDIC, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Success and post-sales processes
  • Intermediate English proficiency
