About the role

  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and required resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project integration and smooth execution
  • Ensure that all projects are documented and kept up to date
  • Ensure that all projects comply with applicable standards and regulations
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Produce reports on project performance and present analyses to management
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may impact project success
  • Ensure projects meet established quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, hold status meetings, and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management, with a focus on information technology projects
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK and Kanban) and Waterfall
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate squads
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous demands
  • Change management: ability to manage changes within projects
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex problems
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to define and track performance indicators (KPIs)
