About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work across all aspects of product data, from data engineering to building dashboards, experiment frameworks, and predictive models, supporting user growth and product strategy
Analyze and interpret PB-scale user behavioral, transactional, and operational data using proprietary and open-source tools and platforms
Design and evaluate A/B experiments end-to-end, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, statistical analysis, significance testing, uplift calculation, and recommendations
Define and maintain the core product metrics hierarchy, set OKR targets, and evaluate performance
Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and actionable recommendations for product, operations, and executive teams
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to drive data-informed product decisions
Own end-to-end analytics for product strategy, impacting user conversion, engagement, and business growth
Operate effectively in a fast-paced organization where time to market is critical

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science
At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a Product Analytics or Data Science role
Rich product strategy analysis experience, especially in user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendation systems
Curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data
Ability to break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear, simple language
Prior experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical experiment design preferred
Passion for emerging technologies related to blockchain, machine learning, and AI
Bilingual in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
Competency in at least two of SQL with large-scale data warehouse experience, data visualization tools, programming for data analysis and automation, and workflow orchestration tools
Experience with crypto/fintech or high-growth consumer products is nice to have
Experience with personalization/recommendation systems analytics is nice to have
Familiarity with event tracking systems is nice to have
Experience building metrics dictionaries or data governance frameworks is nice to have
Experience mentoring junior analysts is nice to have
