About the role
- Understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers
- Design and implement end to end user experience for VIP customers
- Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customer
- Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment
- Support the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform
- Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles
- Proficient understanding of financial products
- Experience in relationship management/ VIP management will be a big plus
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
- A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partners
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty
- Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making. Able to design and analyze key metrics dashboards
