About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of **data analysts** and **business intelligence** specialists to deliver high-impact **data insights** and **market intelligence** reports.
- Integrate with the business units, develop a deep understanding of the landscape and the competition, contribute to product designs, optimisation and growth.
- Conduct in-depth **market trends and competitor analysis** to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Analyze **user behavior**, **conversion funnels**, and retention patterns to recommend optimization strategies.
- Design, implement, and conduct **A/B testing** to validate product and marketing hypotheses.
- Partner with Business Units, Product, Big Data, Marketing, and Finance to address growth and operational gaps through **data-driven decision-making**.
- Develop and maintain **BI dashboards** and **data visualization** tools to communicate trends and insights effectively.
- Oversee the **data analytics** lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights delivery.
- Drive adoption of **advanced analytics** methods including **predictive analytics**, **quantitative analysis**, and **statistical modeling**.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Data Science**, **Statistics**, **Economics**, **Business Analytics**, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in **data analytics**, **business intelligence**, or **data science**, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the **crypto**, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and **data visualization** tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with **AB testing**, product optimisation, user acquisition, and **conversion rate optimization (CRO)**.
- Demonstrated expertise in **market intelligence** and **user insights** for business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
