About the role
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
