About the role
- Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
- Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
- Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);
- Assist with community growth
- Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;
- Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms;
- Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
- Bilingual English/Latvian Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
