About the role

  • Own the series end-to-end by proactively sourcing and selecting strong story candidates across business units and teams, building trust quickly and running interviews that uncover real moments (stakes, decisions, tradeoffs, outcomes), and writing compelling short-form stories with clear narrative arcs that connect actions to values. You’ll also create and maintain a repeatable workflow from outreach to publishing, including intake, drafting, review, approvals, and a content tracker to manage the pipeline, statuses, and publishing calendar.
  • Own the series end-to-end by writing bite-sized “pearls” grounded in Binance’s values, principles and the monthly theme, translating those principles into practical, plain-language insights that are easy to remember.
  • Support adapting and publishing Culture content across internal and external channels as needed, tailoring copy for different platforms while keeping messaging consistent. You’ll help coordinate inputs and approvals, and ensure content is delivered cleanly and on time for each channel.
  • Own the ad-hoc series, such as AI use cases to drive AI adoption & transformation, by sourcing, selecting, and writing authentic stories that inspire innovations published internally and externally.
  • Other ad-hoc support to internal communications, culture and employer branding: Such as support to internal AMAs, talent / hiring campaigns, and internal culture activities & workshops.
